VIP Nail

Had an 8:30 appointment and they had me wait until 9:25 AM. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to be at work so service was rushed. They made me pick a color in rush and it was one I don’t even like only to have me sit in a chair for nearly an hour when I could have taken my time. Was not relaxing at all, was more stressful than anything else. Why take appointments when you don’t have enough staff to uphold them?

Horrible!!! The place is very clean and it was my first and last time going there. Did my mani, pedi and eyebrows there. Did all three services last Friday May 12 and my nail polish began to chip on Sunday on Mothers Day. Called today May 15 spoke to someone and they told me they will paint my nails again for free I showed up there and the owner tells me you did regular nail polish and they don’t last long and that my nails are too weak. I explain to her this is the first time ever my nail polish has ever chip off this quickly and then the owner tells me if you come later I will give you discount in gel manicure and I told her I dont do that and I want my nail repolish and she ignore me. I will never go back there.. thumbs down 👎🏽👎🏽 for customers satisfaction

Did not feel like a VIP at all. My services felt rushed and I waited for my pedicure and manicure because an employee was running late. While I do understand things happen, don’t rush my services because you are now behind schedule. My “two-week” polish lasted 2 days, literally. Overall a very underwhelming experience, I will not be returning.

Excellent service, very safe and ensure customers are safe from COVID. Very attentive to customer needs and go the extra mile.
